Designation: Senior Accountant

Experience Required: 10–12 years

Ctc – upto 8 lpa -12 lpa (Depends on interview)

Working Days- 6 Days

Key Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day accounting operations.
Preparing and reviewing financial statements and management reports.
Handling month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintaining accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations.
GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinating with statutory auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external parties.
Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, and reconciliation activities.
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and financial analysis.
Supervising and guiding junior accounting staff.
Handling statutory audits, tax assessments, and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with management and other departments on finance-related matters.
Strengthening internal controls and improving accounting processes.





Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
CA Inter / CMA Inter / CPA / CMA qualification will be preferred.
Minimum 10–12 years of progressive accounting experience.
At least 6 years in a senior or supervisory accounting role.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
Solid understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, and related regulatory requirements.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Valuable working knowledge of ERP/accounting software.

Pharmaceutical, API, export, trading, or manufacturing companies
Tax assessments and statutory audits
Financial reporting and internal controls
Managing and reviewing the work of junior accounting team members
