Position: AGM – Corporate Finance

Role Summary:

Support strategic initiatives, project monitoring, transaction evaluation, and management reporting across the real estate portfolio. Collaborate with senior leadership, including the Director's Office, to drive project execution, support capital market initiatives, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to IPO-related activities, including coordination of documentation, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance processes.
Monitor and manage the progress of ongoing projects across the portfolio, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
Conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses for proposed transactions, investments, and development opportunities.
Drive the execution of strategic and special projects initiated by the Director's Office across residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use real estate segments.
Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies, providing regular updates to management.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Development, Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare Management Information System (MIS)



reports, dashboards, and business performance analyses for senior leadership.
Develop presentations, review materials, and stakeholder decks for management meetings, board reviews, and strategic discussions.
Support decision-making through data-driven insights, portfolio performance tracking, and project governance frameworks.
Identify process improvement prospects and recommend measures to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
