AGM – Civil Construction

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AGM – Civil Construction to oversee overall project and site operations, coordinate office and site teams, and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
Oversee overall site management, including quality, safety, manpower, materials, and timelines.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Contractors, Consultants, and Clients.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, BOQs, billing, and resource requirements.
Manage and coordinate office and site operations related to construction projects.
Review site reports, project updates, and performance of project teams.
Identify and resolve project-related issues and ensure timely corrective actions.




Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Support management in planning, decision-making, and overall business operations.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and key issues.

Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
15+ years of experience in residential/commercial construction.
Robust experience in site management and project coordination.
Valuable leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for regular site visits.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
