Job Purpose /n Managing the collections unit of Collection Managers and Vendors in a particular area and monitoring the collection of the amount due to the organization, while ensuring that cases are handled appropriately according to the company guidelines and complying with regulators norms. /n Duties And Responsibilities /n /n
Planning allocation of portfolios to Branches and Agencies Based on Performance.

Proficiency in collections management, active and recovery strategies in retail or vehicle finance.

/n
Solid relationship management skills for coordinating with branches, Vendors, and customers.

/n
Ability to analyze data, prepare MIS reports, and use basic MS Excel and other relevant software tools.

/n
Knowledge of NBFC operations, and regulatory compliance in financial services.

/n
Effective communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

/n
Proven experience in leading and motivating field collection teams and meeting performance targets.

Solid organizational and time-management capabilities with attention to accuracy.
