Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for lubricant products.
Appoint and develop recent distributors, dealers, retailers, and workshops.
Regularly visit mechanics, garages, fleet operators, industries, and retail outlets.
Increase product availability and visibility in the assigned territory.
Promote current products and implement sales promotions.
Build solid relationships with channel partners and key customers.
Monitor competitors’ pricing, schemes, and market activities.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Prepare daily call reports and submit sales and market feedback.
Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with the service team.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, and collections
