Job Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and other accounting documents.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare monthly accounting reports and assist in financial closing activities.
Handle GST-related activities, including GST data preparation, reconciliation, and GST return filing.
Ensure timely compliance with GST and other applicable statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders when required.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Positive working knowledge of GST and GST return filing.
Knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
Valuable understanding of basic accounting principles and statutory compliance.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Experience in the construction/real-estate industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
