Job Overview

Teammates Academy is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our Kochi team. The role involves counselling aspirants, handling enquiries, following up with prospective students and supporting course admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and aspirants regarding Bank, SSC and other competitive-exam courses.
Understand students' goals, preparation level and requirements.
Recommend suitable courses and batches.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins and online enquiries.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain robust relationships with students and parents.
Achieve monthly admission and performance targets.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
Coordinate with Academic, Marketing and Operations teams.
Participate in student campaigns, seminars and promotional activities.
Submit regular updates and reports on leads, follow-ups and conversions.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in academic counselling, education sales, admissions,



tele calling or customer relationship management is preferred.
Experience in the competitive-exam coaching segment will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Strong counselling, communication and convincing skills.
Good follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven workplace.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Salary & Incentives Basic Pay: Starting from ₹15,000 + Performance Incentives
