The Construction Warehouse Manager is responsible for the efficient management of all construction materials, tools, equipment, spare parts, and consumables. The role ensures that materials are properly received, stored, recorded, protected, and issued to construction sites and departments while maintaining accurate inventory records and minimizing losses, damages, and unnecessary costs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations of the construction warehouse.
- Organize the warehouse to ensure safe, productive, and easy access to materials.
- Establish proper storage locations and material identification systems.
- Ensure materials are stored according to their type, condition, and safety requirements.
- Receive construction materials, equipment, tools, and supplies from suppliers and other company locations.
- Verify quantities and specifications against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Inspect materials for damage,



shortages, or incorrect deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of all materials entering and leaving the warehouse.
- Issue materials only against approved material requisitions or authorized requests.
- Record all material movements accurately.
- Prevent unauthorized removal of company materials.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Foremen, Procurement, and Quantity Surveyors.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain, or at least High school diploma.
- 4+ years of experience as a construction Warehouse Manager.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and equipment is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English.
