Floro is building a tech enabled , Daily Worship & Devotional Products ecosystem, serving both B2C and B2B customers with fresh puja flowers and Puja Essentials products & more.

As we expand our city level operations, we are looking for passionate and hands on professionals to join our team.

Preferred Industry: Logistics / Quick Commerce / E-commerce / Retail Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end operations for the entire city
- Manage multiple hubs and their performance
- Lead and manage city-level operations teams
- Handle B2B & B2C operations
- Manage flowers + devotional product operations
- Oversee inventory, procurement, wastage & quality
- Manage delivery operations and route efficiency
- Track daily operational KPIs,



MIS & city performance
- Build scalable processes for city expansion
