About the Role

We are hiring Chat Support Associate (Non-Voice Process) to join our Customer Experience Team. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced professionals with strong written communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

The selected candidates will handle customer queries through digital communication channels, provide accurate resolutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat, email, text, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain professional written communication with proper grammar and spelling.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Meet assigned productivity, response-time, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Education: 12th Pass / Diploma or equivalent; graduates preferred.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; customer service or chat support experience is an advantage.
- Excellent written English and grammar skills.
- Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
- Solid problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Mandatory willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad
