About the Role

n

We're looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and scale our IT Infrastructure, Endpoint Security, Access Management, and Security Operations capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who combines hands-on technical expertise with operational ownership and enjoys working across IT, Security, Compliance, and Business teams.

n

You will play a critical role in managing enterprise IT systems, endpoint security, access controls, vulnerability management, and audit readiness while ensuring a seamless employee technology experience.

Key Responsibilities

n

Endpoint & Device Management

n

n
- Own device provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management across Windows and macOS environments.
n
- Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune, including endpoint hardening, compliance policies, and LAPS implementation.
n
- Manage CrowdStrike Falcon EDR configurations and ensure effective endpoint security controls.
n
- Troubleshoot operating system-specific deployment and security agent issues.
n

n

Network & Access Security

n

n
- Administer Cloudflare ZTNA, Gateway, and WAF environments.
n
- Configure and manage secure access policies, application access controls, and network security exceptions.
n
- Support identity, access management, and privileged access security initiatives.
n

n

Data Protection & Email Security

n

n
- Manage and maintain Forcepoint DLP policies, exception handling, and SSL inspection controls.
n




- Administer Sophos Email Security and support email security incident response activities.
n
- Ensure organizational data protection controls remain effective and compliant.
n

n

Vulnerability Management

n

n
- Own Qualys VMDR operations, vulnerability assessments, remediation tracking, and reporting.
n
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive timely risk remediation and closure.
n

n

Vendor & Audit Management

n

n
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and licensing partners.
n
- Support employee background verification processes and onboarding requirements.
n
- Coordinate with external auditors and compliance teams during SOC 2, SEBI, and security audits.
n
- Provide evidence collection, documentation, and technical walkthroughs as required.
n

IT Operations & Support

n

n
- Oversee IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including system provisioning and access management.
n
- Act as the escalation point for internal IT support and operational issues.
n
- Collaborate closely with Security, Compliance, Engineering, People Operations, and Business teams.
n

n

Requirements

n

n
- 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Endpoint Security, Security Operations, or Enterprise IT.
n
- Experience in SaaS,



FinTech, or other technology-driven organizations preferred.
n
- Strong hands-on experience with several of the following:
n
- Microsoft Intune
n
- CrowdStrike Falcon (or equivalent EDR)
n
- Cloudflare ZTNA/WAF (or equivalent ZTNA/SASE platforms)
n
- CyberArk (or equivalent PAM solutions)
n
- Forcepoint DLP (or equivalent DLP solutions)
n
- Qualys VMDR (or equivalent Vulnerability Management tools)
n
- Wiz (or equivalent CNAPP platforms)
n
- Experience working with managed security service providers (SOC/MXDR partners).
n
- Robust troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS environments.
n
- Experience managing endpoint security, access management, and enterprise IT operations at scale.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage auditors, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n
- Experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, DPDPA, or similar compliance frameworks.
n
- Exposure to client security reviews, vendor risk assessments, and TPRM processes.
n
- Prior experience supporting external audits and compliance assessments.
n
- Security certifications or IT infrastructure certifications are a plus.
n
