Role & responsibilities
Assist Merchandisers in handling buyer communications and daily merchandising activities.
Coordinate with internal departments including Sampling, Production, Fabric, Quality, and Planning to ensure timely execution of orders.
Maintain style-wise order details, T&A; calendars, and merchandising documentation.
Follow up on sample development, approvals, and shipment timelines.
Prepare cost sheets, product specifications, and buyer reports as required.
Ensure timely communication with buyers regarding sample status and production updates.
Maintain accurate merchandising records and reports.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in garment export / home furnishing merchandising.
Positive knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment / home furnishing construction, and production processes.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple styles and meet deadlines.
