Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory.
Generate secondary sales through retailers, contractors, applicators, and builders.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Promote JOINTSEAL products including Tile Adhesives, Grouts, Waterproofing Products, and Construction Chemicals.
Build robust relationships with dealers, retailers, architects, contractors, and influencers.
Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up from the market.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team for smooth order execution.
Conduct product demonstrations and site visits when required.
Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to the reporting manager.
Required Skills:
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Good market knowledge of construction/building material industry
Ability to develop dealer and retailer network
Target-oriented and self-driven approach
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Qualification:
Graduation in any stream preferred
MBA/Marketing background will be an added advantage
Minimum 2 Year of Sales Experience Preferred
Freshers with positive communication skills and interest in field sales can also apply.
