HOT VACANCY | ASSOCIATE ANALYST NON-VOICE | GURUGRAM

We are hiring Associate Analysts for a non-voice, non-technical content workflow.

Job Responsibilities
Compare hotel prices received through partner price feeds with the prices displayed on partner booking websites.
Identify and classify price matches and mismatches accurately.
Verify the complete booking itinerary, including:
Hotel and stay details
Number of adults
Stay duration (minimum 1 night)
Base price
Taxes and fees
Additional/local charges
Perform daily workflow activities within defined timelines and quality standards.
Identify and escalate priority issues whenever required.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while handling repetitive/high-volume tasks.
Stay updated with process changes, system updates and current requirements.
Follow defined processes and contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily objectives.

Candidate Requirements




Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills.
Good command of basic arithmetic and percentage calculations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic written/email communication skills.
Ability to identify discrepancies and make logical decisions based on available information.
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt to changes in processes, systems and business requirements.
Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
