Vedic Divine is looking for a friendly and organised Customer Support Intern to join our team in Ahmedabad.
Role: Customer Support Intern
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat — On-site
Type: Internship
Stipend: To be discussed during the interview
Duration: 3 Months, After that you will hired fulltime based on the performance
What you’ll do: Respond to customer queries through email, phone, WhatsApp, and other support channels
Help customers with product questions, order status, payments, delivery, and offers
Explain shipping, return, and refund policies clearly
Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer concerns
Keep customer records updated and follow up on pending issues
Share customer feedback and recurring concerns with the team




We’re looking for someone who: Has valuable communication skills in English and Hindi; Gujarati is a plus
Is patient, polite, and solution-oriented
Is comfortable using basic computer tools and spreadsheets
Pays attention to detail and can manage follow-ups
Is eager to learn about customer support and e-commerce
Prior customer support experience is helpful, but freshers who are keen to learn are welcome to apply .
