Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural designs, plans, and layouts
Develop working drawings and detailed construction drawings
Coordinate with engineering and project teams
Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations
Visit project sites and monitor work progress
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural design software
Valuable knowledge of building planning and construction
Strong design and visualization skills
Valuable communication and coordination abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Qualification: B.Arch / Equivalent
