Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Sales to lead and manage the sales team, drive revenue growth, achieve monthly targets, and ensure smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, team-management, and real estate sales experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and increase conversions.
Monitor team performance, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and closures.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
Coordinate with CRM, Telecalling, Marketing, and Management teams for smooth lead conversion.
Track sales MIS, daily reports, pipeline, and individual team performance.
Handle significant clients and support the team in negotiations and closures.




Ensure proper follow-up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Take ownership of sales targets and provide regular performance updates to Management.

Eligibility
5–8 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales.
Proven experience in handling and managing a sales team.
Experience in residential/commercial real estate will be preferred.
Candidates with robust team leadership and proven sales performance will be considered.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
