We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Analyst - CDI to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in healthcare management services.

Roles and Responsibility
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, providing insights to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track key performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
Conduct quality control checks on data accuracy and integrity.
Provide training and support to junior team members on data analysis techniques.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in healthcare management.

Job Requirements
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.




Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of healthcare management principles and practices, including regulations and standards.
Experience working with large datasets, analyzing and interpreting results to inform business decisions.
Educational qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
