Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in small parcel delivery, last-mile delivery, courier, or porter services in the UAE.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in business development within the last-mile delivery industry, an established network among e-commerce businesses, delivery customers, and bike riders, and strong capabilities in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth.

This role will be responsible for developing and expanding the small parcel delivery business, acquiring current clients, growing the rider community, and achieving business and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and grow the small parcel and last-mile delivery business across the UAE.
- Identify and onboard new customers, particularly e-commerce businesses requiring small parcel and last-mile delivery solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities across different industries and customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong network within the bike rider and delivery community.
- Explore new business models, partnerships, and innovative approaches to expand delivery operations.
- Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and business development activities.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable delivery solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the last-mile delivery sector.
- Support day-to-day business development activities and contribute to overall business growth.
- Ensure strong client engagement and long-term customer retention.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in small parcel delivery / last-mile delivery / courier / porter / delivery services.
- Candidates must have a demonstrable track record with established/top-tier companies in the industry.
- Strong existing network among e-commerce customers and bike riders will be highly preferred.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Candidates currently based in Dubai or Sharjah are preferred.
- Candidates from other parts of the UAE may also be considered if they are willing to relocate to Dubai.
- Candidates should be comfortable with field sales, client meetings, business development, and customer engagement.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Graduation in any discipline.
