Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role located in Noida.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a robust sales pipeline for the agency’s digital marketing services. Daily responsibilities include researching prospects, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs. The role also involves managing client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, tracking performance metrics,



and providing regular updates and reports to leadership.

The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to handle client relationships, negotiate contracts, and support ongoing engagement.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Candidates should ideally have experience or familiarity with digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, PPC, and web development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic sales reporting, along with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment and meet targets and deadlines.
