MailerMen is hiring a Backend Developer for our Gurugram team. You will build reliable APIs, services and database-driven features, working closely with frontend developers and product teams to deliver secure, scalable backend systems. We expect around two years of skilled experience and the ability to work independently on well-scoped problems. This is a hybrid role anchored to our Gurugram office, with a mix of in-office and remote days.

Department: Engineering - Backend Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities
Debug production issues and improve application performance.
Write clean,



maintainable and tested backend code.
Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
Implement authentication, authorization and application security practices.
Support background jobs, queues and scheduled tasks.
Optimize slow database queries and API response times.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related technical field preferred.
Positive to have: Nginx, PostgreSQL, Docker, TypeScript, GraphQL, Prisma
