Plan, manage, and execute complete PEB/steel construction projects from mobilization to handover.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules, milestones, and budgets.
Coordinate with Design, Sales, PMG, CMG, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Erection teams .
Manage site activities including material receipt, erection, installation, fabrication, and finishing works.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Manage project documentation, site records, measurements, billing, and completion documentation.
Coordinate for inspections, approvals, testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
Ensure compliance with company EHS/Safety policies and statutory requirements at site.
Resolve technical and execution-related issues in coordination with engineering and project teams.




Maintain solid customer relationships throughout project execution.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of PEB / structural steel construction and erection activities .
Valuable understanding of project planning, scheduling, and site execution.
Knowledge of structural drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection methodology.
Robust leadership and team-management skills.
Good coordination and communication skills.
