Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Branch Head to manage large-scale Integrated Facility Management (IFM) operations. The role will focus on operational excellence, P&L; management, client satisfaction, workforce leadership, cost optimisation, and service delivery.

Location: Ahmedabad

- Lead and manage the overall operations and performance of the Branch, ensuring adherence to defined SOPs, processes and quality standards.
- Drive revenue, profitability, collections and cost optimisation to achieve Branch business targets.




- Ensure effective resource planning and utilisation across manpower, materials and assets.
- Lead key client relationships, manage escalations and ensure high service quality, client satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with the Business Development and Sales teams for client acquisition, cross-selling and revenue growth.
- Monitor operational performance, MIS, compliance, audits and timely closure of identified gaps.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing, invoicing and collections for Branch clients.
- Drive implementation of SOPs, checklists, process improvements and best practices across operating locations.
- Coordinate with Corporate and other functional teams for effective execution, resource sharing and resolution of business issues.
- Prepare and monitor the Branch budget, ensuring adherence to approved financial plans.
- Lead recruitment, performance management, capability building and succession planning for key Branch positions.
- Mentor and develop the team to build a high-performing and accountable Branch leadership pipeline.

Experience & Education

- 10+ years of experience in Operations / IFM / Facility Management / Service Delivery.
- Experience managing enterprise/global accounts, large teams, multi-site operations, P&L;, vendors, and client relationships.
- Graduate/Post graduate in Business Administration.
