Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, with responsibilities focused on housing and property-related finance services. The role involves managing client cases, assessing eligibility and documentation, and supporting customers through the loan application and approval process, particularly in the context of housing and property finance. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams for case resolution, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.





The role also includes engagement with social and affordable housing initiatives, supporting clients from diverse backgrounds in accessing suitable housing finance solutions. The position requires regular interaction with customers, field visits as needed, and close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure efficient case handling and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in case management and social services, including the ability to handle multiple client cases, provide support, and ensure timely resolution.
- Candidates should possess skills related to social housing and affordable housing, with an understanding of housing schemes, community needs, and inclusive access to finance.
- Candidates should possess skills in property management, including basic knowledge of property-related documentation, legal aspects, and coordination with property developers.
- Relevant experience in housing finance, banking, NBFCs, or social sector projects will be beneficial.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer segments.
- Ability to work on-site, manage field activities in Delhi, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Graduate degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business, Social Work, Urban Planning, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management, with attention to detail and adherence to compliance requirements.
