Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Assistant Manager – Second-Hand Car Sales to manage and drive the sales of pre-owned vehicles. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, handling customer relationships, coordinating vehicle inspections and pricing, and ensuring smooth end-to-end sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets for pre-owned vehicles.
Manage, guide and motivate the used-car sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Generate leads through walk-ins, digital platforms, referrals, phone calls and other channels.
Handle customer enquiries, understand requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives.




Negotiate with customers and close sales while maintaining company pricing and margin guidelines.
Monitor daily sales activities, lead follow-ups, bookings, deliveries and cancellations.
Ensure proper follow-up of prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate with the vehicle evaluation, procurement, finance, insurance, registration and service teams for smooth transactions.
Ensure vehicles are properly displayed, priced and marketed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
