We are hiring CA Fresher or CPA Fresher for this Role
Key Responsibilities
Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures in accordance with GAAS and PCAOB standards.
Prepare audit workpapers that support financial statements prepared under GAAP.
Identify potential issues and escalate appropriately.
Support junior associates as a buddy and guide them on audit processes.
Begin performing basic review of work prepared by entry level associates.
Ensure compliance with skilled and firm ethical standards during all engagement phases.
Core Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of accounting and auditing requirements.
Attention to detail and adherence to firm documentation standards.
Ability to execute audit programs and communicate findings clearly.
Solid organizational and time management abilities.
