He should be responsible for Contractor’s Bills, Client Bills, Quantity Surveyors, project activities. To co-ordinate with Architect / Service Consultant for commissioning, preparation of building plans, project costing, agreements for contractors.
Required Candidate profile
BE - Civil experience of 12–15 yrs with a concentration on Billing / QS / Estimation for high-rise building / Group Housing projects. He should be energetic, result–oriented, with & negotiation skills.
