Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
Connect with Founders, HR Heads and Business Owners to understand their requirements.
Identify HR challenges related to HR operations, payroll, compliance, recruitment and HR technology.
Present suitable Career Creed solutions such as:
HR & HR Policy Setup
HR Outsourcing / Virtual HR
Payroll & Compliance
Recruitment / RPO
HRMS & Employee Self-Service
HR Audit & Advisory
Follow up with prospects and support the proposal, negotiation and closure process.
Maintain lead and follow-up information in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Achieve assigned lead generation, meeting and sales targets.

Skills Required




Valuable communication and presentation skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with clients.
Interest in sales, business development and HR solutions.
Positive follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented, positive and self-motivated.
Willingness to learn about HR, payroll, compliance and HRMS.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
