Understand needs of the prospects and propose solutions as offered by Sampadha
Convert the leads (prospects) to customers and onboard to Client Database of Sampadha
Maintain relationship with the customers for developing further network
Take ethical decisions within the scope of responsibility, to support the business growth
Maintain complete data and documentation pertaining to the assigned tasks
Exchange and update information for the supervisor and relevant internal members
Make recommendations to management /solicit advice from management on client-study, client-preferences for making better decisions in the segment
Ensure timely and complete reporting to the supervisor
