Creative Content & Video Intern

n

We're looking for a creative, ideas-first Content & Video Intern to join our Employer Branding & Internal Engagement COE.

n

Someone who thinks in stories, understands recent-age content and can take an idea from concept > storyboard > shoot > edit > final creative. You'll work on social campaigns, events and internal brand moments, with plenty of room to experiment and make things your own.

n

What you'll do :

n

Conceptualise, storyboard, shoot and edit short-form videos, reels, campaign content and event coverage.

n

Create quick-turn content primarily using a phone + basic camera setups.

n

Turn campaign briefs into fresh creative ideas and content formats.

n

Create supporting visual creatives for campaigns, events and internal communication.

n

Experiment with trends,



formats and storytelling styles and figure out what works for our audience.

n

Work with the team to bring campaigns and employee experiences to life - both on-screen and on-ground.

n

Who we're looking for :

n

Background in Mass Comm, Film, Design, NIFT, Advertising, Media or similar.

n

Strong visual sense and a social-native mindset.

n

Hands-on with tools like VN, Premiere Pro, Canva, Figma, Photoshop or similar.

n

Someone who can think creatively and execute independently.

n

Curious, enterprising, fast-learning and obsessed with good content.

n

Comfortable experimenting, trying things that haven't been done before and figuring things out along the way.

n

Portfolio Requirement :

n

A portfolio is a must - Instagram, Behance, Drive or any other link that shows your work.

n

We'd especially like to see videos you've shot/edited, storyboards, campaign ideas, design work or social content. Personal and college projects count too.
