Job Summary

Green Worms Waste Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to support business growth through customer outreach, lead generation, sales coordination, and relationship management across B2B and retail business segments.

Key Responsibilities
Identify potential customers and current business opportunities through market research and customer outreach.
Connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and share relevant service information.
Schedule customer meetings and coordinate follow-ups with prospective clients.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads and support the sales process.
Develop and maintain skilled relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, customer onboarding, and service requirements.
Monitor relevant market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, meetings, and sales activities.
Update CRM and other sales records as required.




Prepare and submit regular sales and activity reports.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, customer relations, or a related role.
Freshers with relevant qualifications and strong interest in business development may also be considered.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
