We are looking for a Business Data Analyst who can analyze business data, identify trends, create meaningful reports, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills and hands-on knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI, and basic Python.

Freshers with relevant projects and candidates with up to 4 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Collect, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
Write SQL queries to extract and analyze business data.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Prepare business reports and MIS reports using Excel.
Track and analyze KPIs, metrics, and business performance.
Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.




Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
Perform data validation and identify data quality issues.
Present analytical findings and insights to business teams.
Support forecasting, performance analysis, and business planning activities.
Maintain and improve existing dashboards and reports.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of SQL.
Good hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
Understanding of data cleaning, data analysis, and visualization.
Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis is preferred.
Understanding of statistics and business KPIs.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Valuable communication and presentation skills.
