Business Development Manager
Manage and lead the Business Development & Marketing Team.
Drive Direct & Referral Marketing to increase patient footfall.
Develop relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, and institutions.
Generate recent patient referrals and business prospects.
Conduct field visits, health camps, and promotional activities.
Achieve assigned patient footfall and revenue targets.
Monitor team performance and maintain regular reports.
Qualification & Experience:
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Hospital Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or Referral Marketing.
Solid communication, leadership, networking, and negotiation skills.
