Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire current real estate and redevelopment project prospects.
Conduct project feasibility assessments and preliminary due diligence.
Build and maintain robust relationships with society members, committees, stakeholders, and government authorities.
Lead negotiations and support execution of legal agreements in compliance with DCPR 2034, RERA, and other applicable regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, legal advisors, and authorities to ensure smooth project transition from acquisition to execution.
Support the process of obtaining necessary approvals, permissions, and clearances for projects.

Required Skills
