F&B; Service Professionals (Steward / Snr Steward /Captain/Senior Captain/ Barista/Snr Barista)

Job Summary

We are looking for polished, service-driven Stewards, Senior Stewards, and Bartenders to join our team in Mumbai. You will deliver world-class, seamless, and engaging dining experiences. Responsibilities include managing restaurant side-stations, preparing high-end beverages, ensuring the dining area is pristine, and maintaining our exceptional hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities & Role-Specific Duties
Steward & Senior Steward
Guest Relations: Welcome and seat guests, present menus, explain dishes/ingredients, and anticipate customer needs.
Table Management: Ensure proper table setups, polish glassware and cutlery, clear used plates, and reset tables for the next guests.
Side-Station Setup: Keep serving stations fully stocked with napkins, condiments, and trays.
Team Leadership (Senior Steward): Supervise and guide junior stewards, ensure adherence to health and safety standards, and coordinate with the Restaurant Manager to guarantee smooth service during peak hours.





Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 1–4 years in upscale dining, luxury hotels, or premium restaurant brands.
Skills: Excellent communication, a well-groomed appearance, and the ability to stand/move for long periods.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of food, wine, spirits, and proper dining etiquette.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management is preferred.
