SENIOR WEDDING DESIGNER

Create weddings with a clear creative point of view—and bring every detail to life on site. We're looking for a Senior Wedding Designer who can translate a couple's story into a cohesive design, present it confidently, and lead execution within the agreed budget and timeline.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

n

- Lead wedding design from client brief and venue recce through concept, production, installation and final styling.
n
- Develop original concepts, mood boards, colour palettes, material selections and guest journeys across wedding functions.
n
- Create venue layouts, design presentations and production briefs for stages/mandaps, entrances, tablescapes, florals, lighting and signage.
n
- Present ideas to clients, explain design choices and manage revisions with clear scope and approvals.
n
- Translate concepts into quantities, specifications, cost estimates, vendor briefs and setup schedules.
n
- Coordinate floral, fabrication, lighting, rental and production partners; review samples and installation quality.
n
- Manage design and decor budgets, identify trade-offs early and protect design intent when costs or site conditions change.
n
- Lead in office styling, resolve last-minute issues calmly and coordinate with the planning team.
n
- Guide junior designers and maintain organised design files and handovers.

WHAT STRONG CANDIDATES BRING

n

n
- A portfolio of executed weddings or relevant event environments showing creative thinking and finished work.
n
- Experience independently leading wedding design from concept to execution,



including client presentations and vendor coordination.
n
- Strong judgement in spatial composition, colour, florals, materials, lighting and practical buildability.
n
- Ability to produce clear layouts and visual presentations using SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or equivalent tools. The quality of your work matters more than a particular software stack.
n
- Experience managing budgets, production details and multiple deadlines.
n
- Clear communication, attention to detail and confidence leading teams on site.
n
- Availability for on-site work in Bengaluru and event-related evening/weekend schedules.
n
- Relevant design education is welcome; portfolio and demonstrated experience matter most.
