We’re Hiring | Senior Business Development Manager – International Sales

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive international sales of our technology and automation solutions for the logistics and supply chain industry.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who can identify opportunities, open new accounts, engage senior decision-makers, and take opportunities through to closure.

What you will do
- Drive new business development across international markets, including North America, Europe and ANZ.
- Independently build and manage a strong pipeline through targeted prospecting and account development.
- Own the complete sales cycle — from initial engagement and discovery to solution presentation, commercial negotiation and closure.
- Engage with freight forwarders, logistics companies, customs brokers and other supply-chain organizations.
- Understand customer workflows and operational challenges and position appropriate technology solutions.
- Work closely with product,



pre-sales and implementation teams during the sales process.
- Develop existing customers through hunting, account farming, cross-selling and expansion opportunities.
- Take clear ownership of revenue targets, pipeline development and conversions.

What we are looking for
- 8–10 years of B2B technology/solution sales experience, including significant exposure to international markets.
- Proven experience selling SaaS, enterprise software, workflow/document automation, AI-enabled solutions or logistics technology.
- Prior experience selling technology or services to the freight forwarding, logistics, customs or supply-chain industry is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to generate your own opportunities, rather than depending primarily on inbound leads.
- Track record of personally managing complex sales cycles and closing business.
