We are looking for an entrepreneurial and hands-on Area Sales Manager who can take ownership of building our Delhi/NCR sales business from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

Build and expand the General Trade / Modern Trade network across Delhi/NCR

Identify, appoint and manage distributors & key retailers

Drive primary & secondary sales and achieve business targets

Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key accounts

Develop the market, team and distribution network from the ground up

Track competition, market trends and identify current growth opportunities

- Take complete ownership of the Delhi/NCR business

We’re Looking For





✅ Experience in Beauty & Personal Care / FMCG

✅ Strong understanding of Delhi/NCR market

✅ Distributor & retail network knowledge

✅ Strong sales execution and negotiation skills

✅ Builder’s mindset – someone who enjoys creating a business from zero

✅ High ownership, energy and entrepreneurial attitude
