Welcome and assist customers in a polite and qualified manner.
Check tickets and guide customers to the correct auditorium/seats.
Assist customers with queries related to shows, seats, facilities, and timings.
Monitor the auditorium and ensure proper customer discipline.
Support entry and exit management during show timings.
Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of assigned areas.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other cinema staff.
Report any customer complaints, incidents, or operational issues to the supervisor.
Assist during show start/end and manage crowd movement.
Follow all cinema safety, security, and operational procedures.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
