Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising & Donor Acquisition: Generate funds for WWF India through individual donor acquisition on the field.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with donors, guiding and upgrading them up the donor pyramid.
Brand Advocacy: Educate and inspire people about WWF Indias core values, ongoing projects, and critical conservation work using accurate facts to uplift the brand image.
Training & Execution: Attend all mandatory training sessions, learn internal systems, and successfully implement strategies on the field.
Team Synergy: Support the Team Leader and Manager in maintaining a positive, highly motivated team workplace and preventing workplace conflicts.
Additional Duties: Undertake other tasks reasonably requested by the organization.
