Job Summary

Hiring Civil Site Engineers to independently manage site execution for residential and commercial building projects, including G+7 structures.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil construction activities and site execution.
Ensure work is as per structural/architectural drawings, quality standards and schedule.
Coordinate contractors, labour, vendors and project team.
Monitor materials, workmanship, safety and site progress.
Prepare daily progress reports, material requirements and site measurements.
Assist with BBS, quantity take-off, estimation and basic billing.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of RCC, footing, columns, beams, slabs, brickwork, plastering and finishing.
Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
Basic knowledge of BBS, quantity estimation and MS Excel.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of site activities.
