Job Title: Civil Engineer NH Project (Site Coordination, Billing & Procurement)

Location: Noida/ Devprayag / Rishikesh, Uttarakhand (Project Site).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer for our ongoing National Highway Project in hilly terrain at Devprayag /Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. The candidate must have robust technical knowledge of hill road construction and maintenance activities, hands-on experience in structural and road works, and the ability to independently manage site billing, procurement, and coordination placed at Head Office Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and Manage site activities related to:
Breast Wall construction
Retaining Wall construction
Bituminous (road) works
Versatile Pavement
Road safety works (crash barriers, signage, markings, etc.)

Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and safety standards Site Coordination: Coordinate daily with the site team, subcontractors, consultants,



to monitor progress and prepare site reports

Billing: Prepare and verify Running Account (RA) bills and measurement sheets as per BOQ; coordinate billing and certification with the Head Office and site QS team

Procurement: Plan material requirements as per BOQ; coordinate procurement, vendor follow-up, and delivery scheduling with the Head Office procurement team

Handle BOQ understanding and material planning

Ensure timely completion of work as per the project schedule

Maintain proper documentation, Contractual Communication and reporting using Excel

Required Skills & Qualifications:
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in NH/highway EPC projects; hill road construction experience preferred
Working knowledge of billing procedures (RA bills, BOQ, measurement sheets) and material procurement/planning
Proficiency in MS Excel, AI, Contractual Communication.
