We are looking for specialists with solid Finance Operations Transformation experience, combined with process excellence, data analytics, AI, and automation capabilities.
Key Requirements
Finance process analysis, mapping, maturity assessment & gap analysis
Robust experience in at least one Finance tower: OTC | PTP | RTR | Fixed Assets | Product Costing
Hands-on exposure to GenAI, Prompt Engineering, RPA, Process Mining or LLM-based workflow prototyping
Experience creating To-Be processes, SOPs, RACI, process narratives and operating models
Solid Excel / Power BI / Python / SQL-based reporting and KPI analysis
Exposure to GBS / Shared Services transformation, transition planning, SLA frameworks and stabilization
Good to Have: UiPath | Automation Anywhere | Power Automate Educational Qualification: CA/CMA/MBA (Full-time)/ B.Tech / B.E / Bachelor’s in Data Science
