About the Role

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance team as an Assistant Manager – Finance. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in finance, accounting, taxation, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and MIS.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
Prepare and review MIS, financial statements, and management reports.
Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Manage reconciliations, payables, receivables, and financial controls.
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Provide financial analysis and insights to management.
Ensure adherence to financial policies, processes, and controls.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.





Candidate Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
3–7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit, and statutory compliance.
Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Corporate/MNC experience will be an added advantage.

Compensation

₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
