Janatics is looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Turning Machine Programmer & Operator to join our manufacturing team in Bawal. The candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC programming, machine operation, and troubleshooting with Fanuc and GSK CNC Controllers.
Key Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate CNC Turning Machines.
Prepare and modify CNC programs as per production requirements.
Work on Fanuc and GSK CNC Controllers efficiently.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Perform machine setup, tool setting, and offset adjustments.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and productivity standards.
Conduct first-piece inspection and maintain dimensional accuracy.
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
Ensure preventive maintenance and proper machine upkeep.
Maintain production records and quality documentation.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of CNC Turning Machine programming and operation.
Hands-on experience with Fanuc & GSK CNC Controllers.
Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
Knowledge of tooling, cutting parameters, and machining processes.
Understanding of quality standards and manufacturing practices.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in CNC Turning Machine Programming and Operation.
