Role & responsibilities

Maintenance & Breakdown Management
Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for CNC machines and production equipment.
Ensure maximum availability and reliability of CNC machines.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
Diagnose CNC machine breakdowns and coordinate timely rectification.
Monitor recurring breakdowns and implement permanent corrective actions.
Maintain machine breakdown history, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure availability of critical spare parts, consumables, and maintenance tools.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust expertise in CNC machine troubleshooting, diagnostics, and breakdown rectification.




Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Robust leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent customer-handling and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under breakdown and emergency situations.
Valuable planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution skills.
Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
Ability to independently handle critical CNC machine service and breakdown issues.
