Principal / Centre Head role.
Master's degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
10 years of relevant experience in school administration, academic management, centre management, or a similar leadership role.
Prior experience managing teachers and support staff.
Strong understanding of academic administration and school/centre operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong parent and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a quick-paced educational workplace.
Solid organisational and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and basic reporting tools.
Candidates with experience in school chains, international schools, preferably Cambridge-IGCSE Syllabus, CBSE/ICSE schools, preschools, coaching centres, or education organisations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
