Our client is entering an key phase of growth, including a planned transition from a Private Limited to a Public Limited company through an Initial Public Offering (IPO).

The organisation is seeking an accomplished and dynamic CEO to lead the business through this pivotal chapter, with overall responsibility for strategic direction, operational excellence, financial performance, organisational capability, and IPO readiness.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the company's overall business strategy in alignment with the Board and joint-venture partners.
Drive end-to-end IPO preparation and execution, including corporate governance, SEBI and regulatory compliance, due diligence, investor relations, and coordination with merchant bankers, auditors, and legal advisors.
Own full P&L; responsibility and drive profitable growth, cost competitiveness, and operational excellence across all plants.
Strengthen relationships with tractor, construction, and mining OEM customers.
Build a high-performing leadership team and foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
Establish robust financial controls, risk management, and statutory compliance systems suitable for a listed entity.
Report business performance, risks,



and strategic recommendations to the Board and Managing Director.

Experience:
Approximately 25 years of progressive experience in automotive components, precision engineering, or manufacturing.
Significant senior leadership experience at CEO or equivalent level.
Demonstrable, hands-on IPO experience, including leading or playing a key role in taking a company from Private Limited to Public Limited and through the listing process.
Strong understanding of financial management, corporate governance, SEBI compliance, and investor engagement.
Proven experience in scaling manufacturing operations and managing multi-stakeholder relationships, preferably in a joint-venture or multinational environment.
