Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
Welcome guests and provide friendly and qualified service.
Take beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
Prepare cocktails, mocktails, juices, and other beverages.
Maintain proper stock of liquor, beverages, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies.
Check stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages or requirements.
Ensure all bottles, glasses, bar equipment, and utensils are clean and properly arranged.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter and surrounding areas.
Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
Handle billing and cash transactions accurately, if assigned.
Check identification and follow applicable laws and company policies regarding alcohol service.
Avoid serving alcohol to intoxicated guests and report such situations to the supervisor.




Maintain proper records of stock consumption, breakages, and wastage.
Coordinate with the service team, kitchen, and other departments for smooth operations.
Ensure the bar is properly set up before service and cleaned and closed properly after service.
Handle bar equipment safely and report any damaged or faulty equipment.
Maintain qualified appearance and grooming standards at all times.
Attend to guest requests and complaints professionally and inform the supervisor when necessary.
Follow hotel safety, hygiene, fire safety, and security procedures.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Bar Supervisor, F&B; Manager, or management.
