A popular pizzeria is soon opening its new outlet at Opus Mall, Sector 132, Noida, and we are looking to hire a Bar Manager / Supervisor to oversee the bar operations.

Location: Opus Mall, Sector 132, Noida

Salary: ₹23,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bar operations and ensure smooth service.
Supervise bar staff, allocate duties, and maintain service standards.
Handle beverage preparation, presentation, and quality control.
Maintain bar inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with applicable liquor regulations.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for smooth restaurant operations.
Train and guide staff on beverage knowledge and customer service.

Requirements:
Valuable knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Strong communication and team-handling skills.
Ability to manage operations in a quick-paced restaurant workplace.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
